Acorn ANF03 Project

Postby NilByMouth » Fri Nov 24, 2017 11:00 am

Hi,

I have an ANF03 that's in need of a lot of love. It looks like a previous owner tried to do some work on it and left it with various wires disconnected. Does anyone have or could provide hi-res photos of the interior so I can identify where these wires belong? Some are obvious, others not so clear. I'd also like to do a sanity check of some of the attached wires too. There are a few images on the Internet, but they are not clear enough to use for this purpose.

Thanks,
Malc

might help...

Thanks, I did find that plus a couple of other photos. Unfortunately it's not clear enough, which is why I'm asking.

I've managed to work out all but the 2-core shielded cable from the record/playback head. You can see the approximate position in Chris' picture - but it's not clear enough to be confident.

Here's my dilemma:

Thanks to flibble, I should have enough information to complete this project (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13135&p=186895#p186883). It looks like the original fault was a dry joint on L2, which prevented the motor from running.
