Hi there from Melbourne

Postby mattd » Mon May 29, 2017 9:11 am

Hello all,
Just a quick intro - English lad, lives in Melbourne but grew up in Northants. Like many of us, my experience of Acorn computers is mainly from BBC's in schools. I did have a slight brush with an Atom - and uncle had one but wasn't too keen on us kids playing with it too much - for which is my reason to find this forum. Had a Dragon 32 at home and then an Amstrad. Mum and Dad couldn't quite afford a BBC Micro :)
Anyway, I've been collecting 8-bit treasures for about 15 years, and have recently picked up a lovely Acorn Atom - for which I would like some extra goodies found here I believe.
I am the proud owner of a BBC B - complete with MMC rom / card - which I managed somehow to install myself! - not too handy with the soldering iron!

Thanks Matt
