Bit stream square wave visualiser

Postby pau1ie » Thu Oct 19, 2017 11:30 am

Hi

I purchased one of the boards from here and ran the software from here. It images the disc nicely, but also allows you to do a raw dump of the samples (binary at ~12.5 KHz). The result is an 80M file (1M per track) of binary. If I do an xxd I can see roughly where the clock and data bits are, but I was wondering if there was some other software on the Raspberry pi that would allow me to visualise it as a square wave

sigrok looks like a good candidate, but PulseView is absent (One suspects this is for a good reason). Is there anything in the repositories that would (ideally) read the file and display it as a square wave? Then I could see the FM signal (Hopefully)
