Mountain Panic will be available to buy on 5.25" disc at this year's Play Expo if you fancy picking up a copy!

It's compatible with BBC B, B+, Master 128 and Master Compact.

If someone is daft willing enough then I can support them, so long as I don't have to do any code, I'm sick of seeing it all :)

You can probably order it online, but I'm not the best person to speak to about that.

I would think so, perhaps Samwise or Arcadian can confirm?

Yes, we'll be able to post out physical copies after the event! :)

Marcus: I know you're after the Zap/Krystal Connection tapes, so we could post those out together with the Mountain Panic disc, too.

The final build of Panic is playable at this week's Eurogamer Expo, Earls Court if anyone happens to be there.

Pic of the Retro Software stand attached!

I also assume that means that the Electron PSU I gave you works - as I see an Electron chugging away with Repton The Lost Realms on the right!

I can honestly say that this is the most impressive Retro Software stand I have ever seen. It's really amazing that you have Sony demoing its new PS4 games just a few feet from a Beeb with new 8bit games on it.

And here it is, with some dodgy looking bloke holding it.

Anyone who wants a copy can get one from the usual channels, ie Dave or Pete. Get 'em while they're hot!

I believe you can order by emailing either Dave or Pete

But the retrosoftware site really needs a 'shop' section where you can buy the games from.

It's frustrating having written a game to hear that people are having trouble getting it :(

I am thinking of doing a big update on my BBC Micro RetroClinic CF Hard Drive next weekend (might even start this weekend if someone can get any new stuff to me). I last updated the image in May 2011 (Eeeek!) and there have been a few new things and updates released since then.

I expect I may need a little help as with all the new games I think there will be too many for the existing menu and I may have to create a second new menu for them, and expect I may have problems getting some of the games to load off the CF Hard Drive again.

Would it be possible to get a image of this new game to stick on it as well (that will load OK on the CF Hard Drive)? If there is anything to be paid to anyone I will pay up - well you know me and I enjoy my curry's too much with you guys at retro events, not to! :)

As always I take my beeb to most shows I am involved with, show off the new games and old games and have a lot of love for the system.

@Garrettimus, your copy is on its way to Brazil. :) Though Dave will have to sort out Zap! and The Krystal Connection tapes for you, as I don't have any of those, I'm afraid.

@MatthewThompson, you have email - sorry it took so long to get back to you, I know you asked about pre-ordering it ... it took me nearly a week to get back home from Play Expo, so I'm only just now getting a chance to try and get to a post office.

@Dave Footitt, Arcadian is technically our sales & production guru ... but I'll sort out as many orders as I can with the limited stock I've got left (not many!!!). Hopefully by the time I've run out, he'll be ready to start posting out some of the batch I left with him!

@dixiestoat, sent PM to whom? I haven't seen anything. Can you email orders@retrosoftware.co.uk, if you're still waiting for a reply. Cheers.

@StarshipUK, GAH! We had loads of both available at Play Expo, we could have sold you both at show price! lol Can you email orders@retrosoftware.co.uk with your address etc. if you still want them (though, if you're just wanting a replacement disc image for Repton:TLR because you can't find it in your inbox, we can sort you out with that).

If anyone else wants a copy, please drop a line to orders@retrosoftware.co.uk so we can keep track of who wants them!

Cheers,

Sam.
