I start off here talking about the AQR but all but one of the attachments I've posted are to do with the ABR  So to pick-up the thread, here are some photo of the AQR . Kindly t...

Testing RAM for a 4Mb A3000 Upgrade

OK, I'm not too much into DRAM. So would appreciate some assistance, please! I'm thinking of a Block of Memory 2 x 1Mx4bit attached to the 1MHz Bus (if it can handle that amount of data?). The test board would need the DRAM RAS and CAS generation plus any Paging requirements. There may be something ...

I have a project - photos later - that might, sort of, fit the bill. It's one of Mark Haysman's (RetroClinic) "I've now finished with this board" board

p.s. I'll start a new thread when I have a few photos.

p.p.s. this will be a loooooong project :D

If Stuart doesn't mind(?), duikkie, I'd like a more compact version for the MGC - Although the MGC can load more that one file, as long they are LOAD-ed, it would alleviate work elsewhere :D

From memory, I don't believe so.

However, there are sometimes links on the board to differentiate between 1M and 4M versions.
Wouldn't indicate there would be something to change?? Or are they 'passive' model identification?
