I would very much like the C64 mainboard and the VIC20 user manual if they are still available? For offering out this lot you are truly awesome! :D

Re: Acorn BBC IDE Interface - Full Kit

Possibly not the best time of year to be trying to sell new retro goodies. However, comparing this to the MMC devices on ebay which seem to have rocketed in price since I bought mine (I'm sure that I paid £18) your kit is very good value for money. And so please add me to the list of interested part...

Re: Anyone still running Risc OS on a Beagleboard XM?

It works! Looks like the image that !SDCreate makes on the Raspberry Pi is messed up for some reason. Someone (Raik) posted an image that actually works in the ROOL forums. It is one of the new ones with a small FAT partition and a large Filecore one so it wasn't made with !SDCreate. https://www.ris...

Re: Anyone still running Risc OS on a Beagleboard XM?

Thanks! I rebuilt the card image with those and alas I still get the same result. The lights come on and the reset button works but nothing else. Annoyingly I don't seem to have a serial cable any more so I can't see whats happening in the serial output :(

Anyone still running Risc OS on a Beagleboard XM?

I have Risc OS running on my Raspberry Pi (Starfighter 3000 TNG works BTW!) but I'd like to repurpose that (its going to live under my BBC Master I think :D ) so I'd like to put Risc OS on the Beagleboard XM. I used to have it running on my old Beagleboard back in the day and it worked pretty nicely...

Someone on Amibay (and perhaps here?) is selling 9 pin joystick adapters which would make your quest a lit easier :)

Does the kit version involve only through hole soldering? No surface mounting?

Yes! And yes. The repeat made me try to stop the recording at the right place.

I also streamed some MIDI files but mostly they turned out awful. I can post them if people want though.

Thanks for the update :)

Do they work with a SCART TV? That would be my intended use. Also I am happy with a bag of parts as long as there is no surface mount soldering :D
