Re: Kevin Edwards assembler series in Micro User

I don't know where it is in Master MOS. Before now as a quick and dirty workaround to find where a routine is in Master OS, I've found the sequence of bytes I'm interested in in OS 1.2 and then opened up B-em in Master 128 mode. If you call up debug option from the menu, you can then use m <addr in ...

Amazing haul! You could open a museum! Hi, today I received,,, too much... Acorns, Atari's, Commodore's, Apples, a Orion, several types of MSX, Enterprise, Spectrums, and many others... Way to much to show it all, the boxes are pretty full of consoles and other hardware software and books......

Re: Abasic2/3 and SBasic2/3

I'm curious to find out how closely these versions of Acorn BASIC resemble BBC BASIC. I'm sure I've read recently (on *.) that BBC BASIC was likely developed on a System - which makes sense. Is SBASIC aka "Super BASIC" and does it have some BBC BASIC key words like PROC? Or is it closer in...

I'd be very up for a release of the binaries (both Win and Linux) . I've not found it straight forward to put a build together with the correct dependencies. I'm hoping that the fixes for Win 10 have been merged. I should say that I'm very appreciative re contributors' efforts. A big =D> thanks to e...

Heh. I got a small mention in this month's Retro Gamer magazine. I wish they'd just ping me - I'm not that hard to get hold of!! Yep just flipped to the homebrew section and there it is (I always go to that section first!) Cool that you got a mention. Ages ago I got a mention with a WIP of biplane ...

I saw this game in action at the Leicester. It looks, sounds and plays incredibly well. Just wanted to add my +1 to all the praise here and say what an amazing job that Sarah has done in putting a great game together (and finishing it..always a challenge)! Props too for John Blythe and his fab graph...

Kieran - just ran your latest cut of this. Very well done ! I know there's a lot more work to do but it's a real milestone to see that familiar sprite animation, with the control feeling just like it did when I played on PC back in the day! I was able to move left in to another room as well. D'you t...

Parking is available but limited spaces.

It's all detailed in first post at top of this thread :-)

We'll probably order takeaway in to museum on Friday night.
