I don't have the tape, but I've found a FLAC recording of the original cassette - which I've just uploaded here:

Re: Stardot logo disappeared!

If I view on Chrome I see the StarDot logo, but on Firefox I see the phpbb logo.

As I regularly use Chrome it might have the StarDot logo cached I guess ... ?!

I'm hoping to get printed Stardot tablecloths produced soon for shows (which have already been mocked up) so definitely not in favour of changing Martin's [fabulous] original logo!!

Those Program Power tapes are definitely original Colin - I've seen loads like that, all from different sources.

Edit - some examples here (you might recognise the 'copytape' in the centre of the image!)

Re: MIA Games on eBay

I'd put the initial (low) bids in as placeholders when I spotted both listings but have just been outbid on both. I don't mind stepping aside as I don't keep BBC tapes any more once they've been preserved hence I don't bid anywhere near as much as I used to for missing stuff. Is someone else from St...

Re: MAME: Click (and other large ROMs)

Was thinking Solidisk ADFS Winchester hard drive emulation for the Elk (the Solidisk disk interface which contained the dual DFS/ADFS rom you've emulated also contained a 'Winchester' socket - basically a 1Mhz bus I think, that allowed you to hook up Solidisk's own Winchester drives).

Re: MAME: Click (and other large ROMs)

Bravo! As for SEDFS, I can't remember if the Slogger ads listed full disk interfaces with SEDFS fitted - but anyone with some old Electron User mags to hand should be able to quickly find this out. When I acquired the Slogger stuff in 2008, there were a bunch of cumana interfaces and boards, some of...

Re: ABug NORTH User Group meeting | 19-21 JAN 2018 | MANCHESTER *BOOKING INFO*

I didn't think the parking options were too bad - most people I spoke to seemed happy with the parking arrangement at the hotel and there was a car park just around the corner that I used which was only £4/day (not £5.50 as I stated previously). For Boydie and me, rolling up on the Saturday morning...
